Please mail in entire form.   Make a copy for your Records.   Please make sure to mail in your selection page choice within 30 days of your presentation, and allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your vacation certificate

Redeemption fees range from $3.95 - $65.95 to receive reservation package.  Taxes, airport fees, gas surcharges, deposits, port charges, and incedental charges not covered in the vacation offer, are sole responsibility of the user.
